Monday, 2nd July (1 to 4 weeks)
Monday, 9th July (1 to 3 weeks)
Monday, 16th July (1 to 2 weeks)
Monday, 23th July (1 week)

Students take 3 hours Spanish class per day, usually in the morning from Monday to Friday but sometimes in the afternoons depending on the day's activity programme. On the first day students take a placement test and are placed in classes according to age and level of Spanish.

Our main aim is for our students' stay in Barcelona to be a memorable and happy one. We want them to enjoy their stay and at the same time learn about Spain and our culture. We keep our students busy all day and activities are organised every day except on Sundays when students spend the day with their host families.
Example of activity programme for three weeks:
Week 1
- Day 1: Orientation. Walking tour of the historic centre of Barcelona
- Day 2: Chocolate Museum
- Day 3: Sagrada Familia. Quizz night

- Day 7: Day with host family
Students live with carefully selected host families during their stay with us. Normally two and sometimes three students are placed with the same family.
Unless requested otherwise, we always put students together of different nationalities and language backgrounds to encourage the use of Spanish as the common language. Most of our host families have been working with us for many years and live near the school although this is not always the case. Students of 13 and under will be accompanied to and from the school every day. Accommodation is in single or shared rooms and includes full board. A picnic lunch is provided on Saturdays and on some week days.
Money
Students are advised to bring between 80 and 120 € per week for pocket money and personal expenses. Spending money is kept in the school bank which is open during office hours.
